RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges:
- All requests must be submitted via our refund/exchange form within 10 business days of purchase.
- Products must be in new and unused condition and include all original packaging and materials provided at the time of sale.
- The product must be undamaged, show no signs of wear (including scratches), and must not have been altered or disassembled in any way.
Important Notes:
- BRōHME is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during the return process.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.
- Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or lesser value and are subject to inventory availability at the time of the request.
- Returns or exchanges are available only to original, registered customers.
Condition Assessment:
- BRōHME reserves the right to determine the condition of the product upon receipt. If the item does not meet the outlined criteria, we may offer a partial refund, deny the refund, or deny the exchange.
