MEET BRōHME FOUNDER, FRANK ORTEGA

From an early age, creativity has been my compass. It started with singing in my school choir in the fourth grade, soon expanding into playing musical instruments. I never imagined that my passion for music would one day land me on the Billboard charts as a country music artist, an achievement I’m incredibly grateful for. After spending two decades in Nashville, I now split my time between there and my home state of Arizona.

Over the years, another passion grew alongside my music—an enduring fascination with horology. The artistry, history, and mechanics of watchmaking has intrigued me for years, and in early 2023, I decided to follow this passion by launching my own timepiece company. Starting BRōHME was both challenging and deeply fulfilling, allowing me to immerse myself in the world of horology. Every day has become an opportunity to dive further into this intricate craft and bring my vision to life.

The name BRōHME is one I carefully chose, as it’s unique and without a set definition in the world. I saw this as a chance to create my own meaning: To live with purpose, courage, and conviction. This philosophy is at the heart of BRōHME, and I strive to live by it daily. My hope is that each person who wears a BRōHME timepiece will feel inspired to live with the same intention and join us in building a vibrant community that shares this ethos.
