Coverage:

This warranty covers all manufactured parts, workmanship, and defects of your timepiece for a period of 3 years from the date of registration. The warranty excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear, excessive water exposure, cracked glass dome, neglect, exposure to magnetic fields, misuse, accidents, alterations, or any other damages not resulting from defects, manufactured parts or workmanship. Keep your BRōHME and all other timepieces away from magnets at all times.

Registration:

To qualify for your warranty, you must register your timepiece within 10 days of purchase.

Voidance of Warranty:

All BRōHME services and repairs are solely performed by BRōHME in house technicians. Any repairs, services, disassembly, alterations, tampering, or modifications made to the timepiece by persons other than BRōHME authorized personnel, will void the warranty.

Non-Transferable:

This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser of the timepiece.

Limitations:

BRōHME reserves the right to determine whether a repair or replacement is covered under the terms of this warranty.

In the event that your BRōHME timepiece requires service or repair, please contact us at [email protected]. We will arrange for your timepiece to be delivered to our service/repair facility.
