The Caballero is a distinguished timepiece, crafted as a tribute to the founder’s father, Joe Nunez Ortega, a true gentleman whose values of purpose, courage, and conviction have left a lasting impact. This inaugural design was an obvious choice for BRōHME, embodying the brand’s commitment to quality, attention to detail, and unique perspective on watchmaking.

Rooted in a rich Latin heritage and refined by modern craftsmanship, the Caballero speaks to both tradition and innovation. Each of the 300 limited-edition timepieces is marked with its own serial number, engraved on the caseback, ensuring each Caballero is as unique as the legacy it celebrates.

A special touch is the red number five on the dial which represents the founder’s father’s birthdate, honoring the man who inspired it all. From the Sapphire Crystal to the intricate, hand-crafted elements, every detail reflects thoughtful precision and timeless masculinity.

The Caballero also features custom-designed straps by legendary artisan Manuel Cuevas, known simply as “Manuel.” Internationally celebrated as a designer who has dressed five Presidents, Elvis, The Beatles, and countless other icons. BRōHME founder, Frank Ortega and Manuel have shared a deep friendship for two decades. Manuel has styled and mentored Frank throughout his music career. The inspiration for the Caballero straps was take directly from Frank’s (Manuel designed) guitar straps, which create a perfect fusion of craftsmanship, culture, and personal history between the two.
